We were called to pick up the car on Wednesday at 5PM. We asked if it could be picked up after 5. When we were told no, we inquired about the day after as we were busy at work. The response was that we would have to pay for an extra day of car rental. We showed up at 5PM on the day you requested. We had to wait until almost 6pm as the car was not finished. To make matters worse, I received 2 text messages after the car was picked up: one stating the word was on schedule and one stating the would be ready Thursday, on Thursday.
