I feel customers should be told upfront that there is an admin fee and daily storage fee. I didn't learn about these details until I was ready to pick the car up. Thankfully, insurance covered these expenses, but I still feel this conversation should have taken place when the car was first dropped off.

Might have a squeak in the door when you hit bumps, not sure. Everything else is fine.
