Tina gave us regular updates via SMS so we were never wondering what was going on. We asked to have a little extra work done not related to the deer collision, Tina said she’d take care of it, it was done perfectly and at a reasonable price. I wish I had got the names of the ladies in the office who got us signed in and when we picked up they explained everything in detail, excellent business etiquette, and the gave my son a bag of cookies.
