They did not replace the bottom skirt that was ripped off.

They never provided me with updates. I had to call them to discover insurance hadn't followed up. I had to call to ask if an estimate was worked up and approved. I had to call a week later for an update. I had to call 2 days later when they had said it should be ready to find out it was delayed 2 more days. It would've been nice for them to reach out to me with updates.
