Definitely I would recommend, but if they can't take the blame for draining my battery then who knows what else they can lie about sorry to say. They had jump start my car. Then they tell us that we only have 1 hours to take if back that same day if we find something wrong with it what kind of BS is that ? Smh

Great customer service and did a great job in matching the paint on my car like if nothing happen thank you again, but I was told by my husband that the battery was dead and to to jump start my car 😡 I'm not happy about that. I passed thru the collision shop and all my 4 doors were open and for how long ? Who knows that what made my battery die they need to be more responsible on those matters.

The person that was helping me through the process had horrible communication. He left me for days on any type of updates and the also had an excuse on why the vehicle wasn’t ready. The person who was helping me also said he was going to call me 3/27/24 when he got a part that still needed to get replaced. And guess what? Still no call. I’m not surprised. I would not recommend “collision stop” to any family or friends horrible service.

The quality of work earns a 10, the amount of weeks waiting was a 6. Was never content with the reasons the work was delayed, I kept getting excuses that the manufacturer kept sending the wrong windshield, wrong parts, etc. I never knew who was telling me the truth whether your shop or the insurance. Just glad that I have my car back, thank you to Eleno, He kept me posted on the status of my car
