Working with Collision Tech was incredibly easy. They were efficient, timely, and did wonderful work on my car. The entire team, especially Waseem, helped ease the stress of getting a car repaired after an accident. They even buffed out some additional scratches that had been on the vehicle prior to the accident. One of the best parts was the constant and consistent communication with updates on the car’s progress during its time at the shop. The shop goes above and beyond to ensure their customers lead happy. Thank you!

I received push back from Sal when I notified him that I was not able to bring my vehicle in until late in the afternoon. He wanted to go home and send his tech home. Earlier that day, Waseem told me In could bring my car to be fixed late in the afternoon and would not be an issue. The vehicle was supposed to be fixed already but due to the aftermarket parts the insurance company paid for, I had to return multiple times.

I had to return twice because aftermarket parts failed. Blame placed on insurance company for using aftermarket parts. Manager Sal stated that he was waiting for me in when I told Mr. Waseem that I’m only available in the afternoon.

I can not say enough Great things about this business. From the time we dropped the car off march 4 to the day we picked the car up May 26th we were treated with respect and more then kind and patient with our situations. Our insurance lacked communication and we ended up with 3 claims. Amazing customer service from Sal. Sal always stayed in touch and communicated updates and in our case updated with the lack of communication from our insurance. He never made the car being there for so long an issue and always made our stress priority throughout the whole ordeal. I appreciate the time spent making sure we were well taken care of. When we did pick the car up. It looked amazing. Clean and everything fixed to its original condition. I will always be using this business for any auto needs in the future. Big Thanks to their whole team for taking such good care of us in our time of needs.
