I would never recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I have been actively telling friends and family to never go to this place. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here.

My repairs have never been completed despite repeated calls on my part to ask when the work will be done. Collision Veterans took the money from my insurance company and has never completed the work.

The manager hung up on me, asked me if I spoke English, and refused to give me her supervisor's contact information. I also could never get anyone to call me back. This place was incredibly disorganized. The manager was unbelievably rude. I've really never experienced anything like this. I will be leaving scathing reviews and will be contacting the BBB soon.

I haven’t had a vehicle accident in over 25 years that resulted in vehicle body work so the current costs were quite surprising. I had not been involved in an accident in almost 30 years, so I was surprised with the changes that had occurred over the years. However, the estimate of cost was very detailed and I like that type process. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous. I was pleased with the work done to my car. The front of the vehicle looks “brand-new” I very satisfied with all aspects of the service provided and I trust the professionalism of the company and staff. solid estimate. thanks for working through the other driver's insurance company to agree on a scope and price. Appreciate you taking my car while I was out of town and fixing and then holding my car. Front office staff is friendly, cordial, and just nice to talk with. Work was done to my complete satisfaction.
