Not satisfied with the finished paint job. Looks like it is missing a clear coat. The difference to the rest of the car is very evident. The color does not match. There are still visible scratches to the paint in some areas that were not touched up/corrected. Adhesive tape was left on the glass and will need a heat gun to be removed. A window trump piece for the rear right side window, is missing. When I picked up the car, it was dirty and the interior is covered with a white dust and it smells like paint thinner. Very disappointing.

I was expecting more from the staff. When I picked up the vehicle, I was simply asked to pay and I was given the keys, and sent my way. My expectation was that someone would have went over the work that was done and inspect the car with me. Instead, I was given what I considered an unfinished repaired vehicle. The interior is dirty and covered in white dust.

Tom the vehicle to get fixed after a collision. They took photos of all the damage but when it came time to fix, only fixed a portion. When questioned they blamed it on the insurance Adjustor. However when Collision Veterans submitted the claim to my insurance, they failed to include that part of the vehicle. I was told they would ask for a supplement and call me back...crickets. I contacted my insurance company to confirm acceptance and that the body shop did not in fact include that portion of the damage in the estimate. I contacted the repair shop back since no one called me, was told the part was on order and should arrive by a certain date and I was assured I would get a call when the part arrived...crickets. I contacted my Adjustor and found out the repair shop had already been paid for the part and putting it in the vehicle. I again had to call collision Veteran to find out the part was there... again no one called me and they had already been paid. I will not be using their service again. Absolutely no reason for failure to prepare a correct estimate, then blame on insurance, then not contact the customer back as promised...
