My vehicle took way too long to be ready. I was told max 3 weeks if it taken to another shop, it still took a whole month. Communication wasn’t that great either.

The job was done fair not perfect but fair. We returned for some details that were not finished and they fixed them on the spot. My complaint isn't mostly towards the shop but my adjuster Sandra Lopez. She closed my claim when car wasn't even in the shop yet and she ignored my calls for a very long time as well as the shops calls. She would not want to help re open the claim so my car car be returned to me. It was just a lot of hassle and no communication with my adjuster Sandra Lopez. I took more than a month for her to work with us and re open the claim for my car to be given back to me. So I was without a car for over a month. Which affected our budgeting and husbands work.

i would not recommend this shop to anybody unless they have another car they can use for about a month. any other shop i called and showed pictures too of the damages, were saying that its a 2 week job and thats pushing it. but im happy my car is back home after 4 weeks

took longer than the time they told us but came out good, i did notice a lil ding on the new bumper when i went to pick it up but my car was gone for so long i didn’t even tell them.

I would recommend them but it’s a very busy shop with lots of vehicles at any given time so be prepared to wait is what I’d say. They did a really good job though.
