They took too long.

It took over a month to get my vehicle back, having me exhaust my insurance 30 day car rental benefit. Per my insurance the first day starts the day the collision center starts working on my vehicle which was 14 days after it was dropped off. I was told by my insurance If the vehicle is drivable we could have dropped it off once the center had estimate and parts ready. Collision Werks never offered that, and we never asked because we didn't know until after our rental time had exhausted. The work they did on the vehicle made up for the above, therefore my rating went up to 8.

The agent that inspected the vehicle before and after was friendly, and professional. Texts informing me about the status were appreciated. The receptionist at the front desk is not too friendly or welcoming

for quality and professional work done on my Corvette. collision works is a trustworthy business!!! I'm very impressed of the workmanship!!! my corvette looks brand new like it came from a dealership. I recommend collision works 100 % . thanks again for making my Corvette beautiful

I would not recommend taking a car to this shop unless you can afford a rental for over a month or your insurance covers it

Collision Werks was a great place! They even detailed the inside of my daughter’s car. My father is on hospice and having one less thing to worry about was such a blessing! God bless the!🙏
