The work was excellent from what I see the amount of time it took is another thing I was not informed of progress unless I called I was also told on several occasions that it would be ready on certain dates and that didn't happen and no one bothered to call me with updates I did receive a couple of text messages with semi updates my vehicle had been at your facility since November 28 2023 and just received it back on January 23 2024

I was beyond happy with the repair! Not only is the paint incredibly accurate and seamless; but the turnaround time of the repair was amazing! And the customer service was above and beyond. I was able to drop off to inspect over the weekend, and was able to keep my vehicle while parts came in. But mostly, the quality of the work was impeccable! Felt like my car was never hit. I will be recommending Collision Werks to anyone needing this type of repair. Thank you again, to your entire team!
