The gentleman in the front office are very professional and kind. When it took a while for the rent card to pick me up they were very good about calling them and reminding them that I was waiting. They also kept me up-to-date on the progress of my car and when it was ready to be picked up. I never had to call and ask and the delivery was exactly the time they promised.
