I am very satisfied with my service here at Dynamic Elite and the manager Alex Galvas was amazing!! He answered all of my questions and concerns and was extremely professional. If there was anytime I had concerns about my car I would call and he was always available upon request. I definitely appreciated the manner he assest all my questions. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle at all times. All in all, I received great customer service and my car got back to me looking like new. Thank you team Dynamic Elite.

As owner of a Cadillac Escalade I dont trust just any business with repairs but Alex is a great employee very professional and efficient what needed be done was completed in a timely matter with great results I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family I feel very welcomed and as a customer appreciated thank you.

Very satisfied with the repairs. The whole crew at Dynamic Elite went that extra mile to assist me with all matters from the moment I walked in the door. They listened attentively as I spoke with them regarding my vehicle and repairs. Dynamic Elite personnel did so much for me including contacting the car rental company, arranging transportation to and from the rental company, and keeping them abreast of the repairs on my vehicle and the duration I would need a rental. A concern that I didn't have to worry about. In addition, Dynamic Elite kept the insurance company in the loop working with them and keeping the lines of communication open. As a matter-of-fact, my insurance adjuster informed me that this was the first shop that had responded to his inquiries and needs so rapidly and that he was impressed by Dynamic Elite's performance. Dynamic Elite kept me informed of the repairs and all matters were discussed and explained. The office personnel and technicians were polite, willing to answer my questions, and explain the process. I am pleased with the repairs and grateful for all that Dynamic Elite had done for me. My vehicle looks great again!
