I specifically asked for my window to be repaired even if it wasn’t covered by the insurance even told the lady I would pay out of pocket and she not only ignored my request but told me the guy would come repair it and she’ll call me back with the price and yup never called; I ended up going to another place to repair my window. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone I know looking for repairs. It’s a first and last for me. Hope you guys do better.
