I would say it was a good experience overall. The staff Luis was very kind through the process and was trying to match my budget as close as possible. I will say that if i charge a credit card the system charges you more which most people going in have to use a credit card and i got charged hundreds of dollars more. It also took a bit longer than what was talked about. When taking my car they said about a week and it took over 3 weeks to get done. But the good things i do appreciate is them constantly updating me on why it was taking longer than expected and walked through everything that was getting done. I also appreciated them cleaning my car and they made it look brand new. They also got me in right away. I would give 10/10 if they gave it to me a little faster.

Luis was super helpful and nice. I came in with rust damage on an older car and he helped explain the complete repair that would be needed and why. He also was super flexible and willing to meet me on the weekend several times. The repair looks great and the team went above and beyond by helping to fix an older issue with sealant that they found. They had a lot of helpful information and answers to my questions about the condition of the inside of the car. The repaired sections are still looking brand new after a few weeks and I feel confident in the underside sealant because of this team. Thank you!!
