Surprisingly convenient and efficient transaction and experience. I contacted Collision Zone and told them where my disabled vehicle was located and provided my insurance claim number. I learned that my vehicle was in their shop an hour later and they handle everything! Was notified a few weeks later that my repaired and detailed vehicle was ready for pick-up. That simple.
