I used to view Collision Zone as the gold standard, and have used the shop's services several times. However, between not warning me of the dead battery (which was dropped off functional) and the date changes, I will look somewhere else if I need bodywork done on my car or my wife's car again.

Date changed repeatedly, instead of being given one static date which the shop was able to meet; what the shop used to do. My car also went in with a functional battery and was returned to me with a bad battery. I was not warned of this by anyone, and was stranded at work the day after I picked it up.
