I have used bumperdoc/collision doc for at least 10 years. This was my worst experience yet. When I got to collisiondoc on Friday to have my part installed, there was no office staff available. I communicated with the person who was going to fix my car and he needed me to go to Pacific Honda to get a part to complete the job. The Pacific Honda staff did not seem to approve it that I, the customer, was down there picking up a part for Colllisiondoc. after waiting an hour, I returned with the part to the collisiondoc. There was an office staff member there, and he explained that he had a meeting that morning, and the other employee had called in sick. He seemed to take my experience quite lightly - acting a bit as “stuff happens “I was left to do the pick up returning of my part that was missing.

I had to do most of the calling to see if my my needed part had been delivered and when I could come in to have it installed. The first part did not work out so they had to order another part and again I had to do all the follow up to see when the part was in and when I could set an appointment to have it installed.

Excellent service! Justin and Rick were amazing as well as their technician. They were very engaged and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
