- copied from google review- I recently needed to have my car repaired due to an accident and I just want to say I am so thankful I was able to meet Fernando, Frank, and the rest of the team. They were very kind, and answered all of my question and concerns. They took my car into the shop when everyone else wouldn't due to an overhanging salvage title on the car. They went above and beyond, helping me deal with my insurance company and giving me so much needed advice and insight into my claim. Thank you again!

The repair took 3 weeks (I understand it was a lot of work and they needed to order parts) Fernando said he would call me to give me an update and never did. He only called me back to respond to my request for an update. The car looks brand new again, but my vintage Garfield with suction cups for my rear window went "missing" during the repair and I'm still waiting to hear an update to see if the mechanic that worked on it ever "found it"

The body work that got done was excellent and I'm very happy with that. I'm also grateful that they agreed to work on my car in the first place since many other shops wouldn't because it was too old (1995). However, they broke several pieces of interior trim and glued them back together very poorly, as well as not reassembling everything properly. They reimbursed me for one part but not for others that are rare and hard to source now. They also made it hard for me to repair them myself because I have to break the pieces they glued together and re-do it.

Collision Doc exceeded my expectations. As a woman who is not familiar with car repairs, I felt completely comfortable with Gabriel and his explanation of what my car needed. And the results were amazing. I feel like I am driving a brand new car! I would totally recommend Collision Doc! Wonderful service, wonderful staff!
