Excellent paint job. Very timely. Washed car and cleaned inside prior to pick-up. Waited for me to be able to get there to pick up the car when completed. Very personable staff! Could not ask for a better experience!

I noticed 2 days after I picked up my car that all over the hood, top, trunk and sides it looks as if my car was buffed with large circles of steele wool. I was going to call you the next day, but my brother passed, and my mind was overwhelmed. Then my grandson was concerningly sick, I had surgery, and I just saw this text. My son asked me yesterday what or who scratched up my car with a steel wool buffer, or at least it appears to have been. I only wash it with soft clothes by hand. It was parked for two days after picking it up at my apartment complex, which is well lit. Video footage from a neighbor showed no one near it those days. So it came back from your shop in this condition. It was not like this b4. I was so qued into the front repair and still not up to par from covid, I didn't see it then. I don't know what the guys did to it there but it should be fixed. I have been a customer for a long time. I have recommended many there. This is the first time I have had a bad problem. I hope this is not due to new ownership. Sincerely, Robin

I had a great experience at Color Master. They were able to get the car finished quickly and did a great job on it. Other places I checked gave me a 3 week to a 30 day time frame.

Friendly and professional. They handled everything with my insurance company. They answered all my questions, took care of all of my concerns and kept me up to date on the status of the repair. As for the quality of the work you would never know that the car was in an accident. We actually got the completely repaired car back before some other companies could even give us an appointment for an estimate. I recommend them with no reservations.

Friendly and professional. Took care of all insurance issues and made sure I was fully informed about the status of the repair. They gave me valuable guidance whenever a decision about the repair needed to be made. The day I left the car there I felt completely secure that it was in good hands.
