This is tough. Everyone was very nice, but it felt like things were missed. We didn’t get called back wafter we called for updates- I only really got information if I stopped by. When our car was taken for a previously scheduled apptmnt, our person did not check in w us when he couldn’t determine if the car was finished and instead just said I tried call the dealer twice. This led to two lost days of possible work, when he couldn’t determine have just reached out. When I picked up my car when done, the electrical didn’t work but was told it worked when they drove it. When I needed that to be fixed, they drove me to work which was helpful. But then I got the car back 10 minutes later than I said was necessary and had to get my husband out of work to pick up my kid bc I was late.

The car looks fantastic, and they did the work in a week less than they said they would need. The employees I dealt with were totally communicative and did what they said they were going to do. I hope I don’t need to go back there for a long time, but it’s great to know that there is an autobody place nearby that I can trust and rely on.

initial bid 1800, 3 unjustified markups to final bill (with errors) at 7500. Also your employee parked my car 26” outside of parking lines and my car was hit and damaged by another customer.

Owner Mark and Manager were defensive and told me opposite things about my vehicle, and did not stand behind their word. Sean was just incompetent, and dishonest.
