I had called 5 other auto body shops and none of them could even look at my car prior to end of December. And wouldn’t have been able To start working on it until End of January meaning my car would not have been ready until April most likely. I also was made aware that there was a nationwide back order or delays on ordering parts so. Honestly Colorado Couch was HANDS DOWN THE BEST AND MOST COST EFFECTIVE PLACE FOR ESURANCE AND MYSELF. In addition there was some minor communication break downs on my end with some non related issues stemming from events out of my control and colorado couch’s. They were not only accommodating but incredibly communicative and responsive. There might have been one other breakdown but that had to do solely w my mother being my mother. May god bless me and have mercy. Esurance these guys definitely saved me from needing a car rental for another 2-3 months easily and the car looks and runs great. My car was filthy and they cleaned her up beyond my expectations. I won’t lie when I say I somewhat wish you guys would have just totaled it though, bc there’s no way I’ll be able to resell it now or get it refinanced after 1/3 of the value of the car had been damaged on it. But I don’t know about that stuff. Esurance if you have clients who need work done, I’d send em here until they get as backed up as the other guys which I doubt bc they’ve been in business longer than I’ve been alive (1989). Corey was my dude, and he crushed it. Sorry my mom got in involved towards the end. I was recovering from surgery number 11 in 6 months time frame. 5 stars

I asked them multiple times to fix other things on the car, even after I received the quote. They had the car for 6 weeks and still didnt fix what we asked them to. Even when I called down the day to pick it up they told me it was fixed but it was not. A very obvious scrape on the front bumper being one of the issues.
