The was no follow up and the details got lost. The drivers door was misaligned and the rocker panel fell off in your parking lot. The damage to the exhaust cover was not repaired until it was brought back and the rear hatch was misaligned. The car was sent out for an alignment and the steering wheel is off center. Will need to have that repaired.

Stellar service. They repaired the damage, cleaned the interior beautifully, and the service tech took time out of his schedule to help me load up the car from the rental. The staff is the nicest I've ever come across. Sylvia at the front desk is so kind. This kind of thorough, old-fashioned care and respect is rare today.

Car looks ok. There is a very small spot that got missed on the bumper during paint, and the door skirt(trim under door) isn’t attached correctly. It is loose and there is a large gap between the car and the skirt. Definitely could’ve been better.

The people are nice and knowledgeable. The work on my car was excellent. And they work collaboratively with enterprise rental car. So the process was a simple and easy as could be imagined
