The work is very good. The communication on how long the repairs would take was poor. I had to call multiple times to get an update on the status of my vehicle.

I had an issue with my vehicle when it was to be ready for pick up and had to pay for 3 more days of rental car. Spoke to staff and they paid for the 3 days for the inconvenience. Colorado Coach rocks!!! Everyone there is professional and friendly. Thank you! Toni

Body work was first class, like getting back a brand new vehicle. Faulty instrumentation problems had to be outsourced.

I had to call and request status updates. Would have appreciated proactive calls or emails as my repair progressed through the process.

The work was done well, but I had to consistently contact the shop for a status update and many of my messages were not returned. They also called me at 3:15pm on a Friday to tell me my car was done and they closed at 5pm that day and were not open on the weekend. I had to scramble to be able to pick up my car before they closed. I had left a message the day before asking for a status update but nobody responded. This was very frustrating.
