Not sure where the ball was dropped (repairshop or insurance) but it took 2 months to get my car back. Autobody shop blamed insurance and vice versa..... I ended up paying for a rental car for an entire month due to delay. Communication on status of repair not great. Left several voicemails & received no call back.

Colorado Coach did a fabulous job replacing my rear bumper,...from a recent accident. It looks so pretty! They also waxed my car and it looked so beautiful i didn't recognize it at first!

I would have liked to have all of my phone calls returned by customer service, but twice it did not happen. Also, the GPS was not correctly recalibrated when the new antenna was installed, so I will have to take it back to BMW to have that corrected.
