The visual work appeals to be good. I would just recommend that when the initial target completion date is out of the question that staff update the customer via phone every few days so the customer can plan around the delay.

Things initially started off well, but when the work started and additional problems were found, work between Hartford Ins and the collusion shop slowed down, I believe that if I did not intervene on both ends the it may have taken longer for me to get my vehicle back. The original time estimate was one week, M-F, the ending was 3 full weeks.

I mentioned, laughing, about the birds attacking already because of two small streaks on the window. The mechanic grabbed a rag and wiped it clean immediately. The caar was cleaned - including the inside! Great service, thanks.
