James was amazing! He was personable, knowledgable, and maintained constant communication throughout the process. The job was finished faster than expected and the results were flawless. James did a great job from start to finish. He showed me damage I hadn't realized had happened until he pointed it out as he took pictures of everything. He was reassuring about checking for damage that might be unseen until the damaged parts were removed. The estimate was clear and when we picked up the car he was attentive and showed us the work that had been done.
