The customer service has always been great. People are kind, the place is clean and neat, and it's so cool how I was kept informed of the status of my car via text message. Nice touch, I'm not a worrier, but normally when my friends asked about the status of my car I would tell them, "its in the shop for repairs," but when I told them the actual staus like it's getting painted today or its in for trimming, they were impressed!

My experience from beginning to end was awesome. My car was ready one day earlier. I was kept informed and my car was ready when i returned for pickup, looking like a shiny new penny. this was my first experience with complete auto body.
