I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire team at Complete Auto Body for an outstanding experience from start to finish. Mr. James greeted me with a smile the moment I walked in and truly went above and beyond. Not only was the repair work excellent, but he even had my Mercedes detailed before pickup — the car looked absolutely amazing. That level of care and professionalism does not go unnoticed. Their positive attitudes, laughs, smiles, and genuine kindness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. We were here years ago for repairs on our truck after hitting a deer and Complete Auto Body did a fantastic job. When 4.5 inches of ice fell off of the house and T-boned our Telluride we knew exactly who we wanted to do the repairs, even though we have since moved to WV, hours from Waldorf. When we walked through the doors we were greeted by Aria. She was like a breath of fresh air. Aria is very personable and efficient. She even contacted Enterprise to get us picked up to get our rental. James kept us informed via texts through the entire process. We drove down and picked our car up today. She is as beautiful as the day we drove her off of the lot. Complete Auto Body has us as customers for the rest of our lives!!
