The service was amazing! My vehicle looks and feels brand new. It even appears they did a complimentary buff on the paint, because the finish is flawless. From the phone call from the lady at the front desk so I picked up my vehicle outstanding service. The gentlemen Anthony, that was handling my vehicle took the time to explain it to me in depth what was done? I was totally blown away by the service I received. It was standing service. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and kind. Upon my arrival, they welcomed me, introduced me to the representative who would oversee my vehicle’s repairs, guided me through the necessary paperwork, and even contacted the rental car agency to arrange immediate pickup. Truly A+ service. Mr. Faulk provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. He conducted the initial inspection with me, clearly explained the repair timeline, and continued to provide daily updates by phone and text after I left. When I was unable to reach my insurance adjuster, he took the initiative to contact them through his own channels, and within an hour the adjuster reached out with a resolution that allowed me to move forward and pick up my vehicle. Upon my return, Mr. Faulk completed a final inspection, reviewed the work performed by his team, explained the warranty, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was in and out in just 15 minutes, completely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the service. Thank you.
