Cook's did a wonderful job of repairing my KIA Soul. The paint is a perfect match to the original green. They were right on top of the original projection of a finish-by date. Chris kept me informed of the process as it went along. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know needing body work done on their vehicle. Good job, Cook's. Everyone was great! It went longer than expected, but to no fault of Cooks. I’m not sure if I would have received updates if I hadn’t called myself, but everyone there was so friendly and communicative when I did check in.

Cook’s customer service is beyond compare. Even though we had to wait much longer than we thought for the parts and dealer service, the staff was very responsive and kind.
