I’m happy with the outcome.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, competent. I personally like to mention Kevin who went out of his way to accommodate my request, which was to delay picking up my Jeep for another week or so until the new bumper is installed. I was not comfortable driving the Jeep with the old bumper installed while waiting for the new bumper. That really was BIG for me. I am very happy with the outcome.

Very attentive staff. Three technicians and Kevin was with me checking out my Jeep before I drove it out of the lot. They adjusted the fender because it seemed a bit misaligned compared to the other fender.. they adjusted it right away. Kevin was there all those times. All of them professional and kind.

The repair was good, but only after I had them take it back to fix a mark on the part they replaced. They didn't argue about it or anything, but it was annoying to go there to get it back then have to come back hours later to get it again.

They were very friendly

The repair to the damage is great, but there is a new "rattling" sound when I speed up/slow down or drive over speed bumps. This sound was never there before the repairs were made. It is very annoying
