It took about 3 weeks to get an appointment (much linger than another shop I usually use). The repair was scheduled for a longer time than usual (I gave the car on Fri and was promised to get it back on Wed - again, this is longer than usual for similar problems I had in the past). Eventually the car was not ready on Thu and not Wed.

Continual resetting of times to pick car up based on new damages found over the course of the 8 days car was at garage. When my concerns were expressed I was told âI wasnât the one who got in an accidentâ by an employee of the garage. I do not feel that blaming customers is a valuable asset when it comes to customer service.
