Quality of repair appears good. However, the car was not ready on the promised date of Friday, Nov 2 both by e-mail and phone. Nobody contacted us to let us know Cook's would need more time. My husband took took time off work to pick it up so he was inconvenienced. Also, the fact that Cook's had to keep it a few more days over the weekend without prior notice was a hassle for us.

The car was not ready on the date promised by e-mail and phone call. We were not notified of the extended time needed. My husband took time off work to pick up the car. It added to the inconvenience and hassle.

My car has NEW scratches and scrapes all over the place and the back tail light is still broken! I am so frustrated.

Poor communication on when vehicle would be available, but when I called o received good communication. It was just always on my end to call, even when I was told I would be called back.
