Coopers was amazing!! January who runs the front office came out to my home to do the estimate within a few days of my accident. I had called a dozen collision yards to see who could get me in, the soonest at others was more than 2 months to even get an estimate! Coopers got my car in in half that time. They were great at keeping me updated during the repairs. I have a Kia and orders of parts are backed up, I also have tri-coat paint which takes a bit more time. Repairs were done as quickly as possible and the paint job looks great! They even found a preexisting issue in my engine which should be covered by warranty. I had my car back from Coopers before any of the other places would have even gotten my car in! Thank you January and the rest of the staff at Coopers for an excellent job! I highly recommend Coopers!!

January was great with taking care of all the details with a wonderful attitude, understanding that car accidents are not a regular part of our lifestyle. The people I encountered in the body shop were so friendly and also understanding about the situation. This place knows their business and it’s nice to not have to work with a chain of body shops that are not as personable.

Rarely has a company bent over backwards for me and got me out of a jam like Coopers did with my repair. January and team were exceptional and went above and beyond. And on top of everything else they were absolutely more competitively priced for the repairs than I could have hoped for. We will never take our personal or company vehicles anywhere else for body work other than Coopers. Hands down.
