Who was the woman I spoke with Thursday, June 2nd? It wasn't January and what she told me was not factual e.g., the bumper was "replaced", USAA had paid you direct for the added costs,...and there are two small dings on the spoiler that were not there in the pictures taken by Casino security and appear to have been touched up. Other than that, things went well and I finally got my check from USAA.
