I specifically asked if they had all the parts before they started the work. I was told yes. Obviously that wasn't true.

Was told to bring car in for repair, that they'd have headlight to get fender and light replaced. They repaired fender but didn't have headlight. I paid for repair so I could drive my car. I was told two to three weeks for headlight to arrive. Three weeks past, hear nothing, so call for status, no call back, call again after two days. Now told three to four weeks for part.

I needed front end repair on radiator supports and part of frame. When completed, the car needed to go to another repair shop and Coopers offered to put my Honda on there truck and brought to other auto repair shop—above and beyond😄
