Cope was great. Enterprise was great. Farm Bureau rep: 5/10. Felt like we were the driving force behind getting the repair moving forward. Needed a more convenient rental car pick up location/time, was told “this is all we can do”. We called and worked out the details with enterprise and it went smooth once we took control.
