Turned out good. Little longer than I had hoped but overall good. One thing to note. Front desk lady is ok, but not the most friendly. Seems a little in inviting on phone and in person.

I used Crash Champions at the recommendation of Travelers. The company repeatedly failed to return calls to set an appointment and then failed to contact me when the repairs were not completed in the stated timeline. I had to initiate the calls to Crash Champion and found them to be reactive vs. proactive. In addition, my car interior was left with dirty armrest and dusty.

I recently had service done on my vehicle at shop to address. However, some issue I am noticing a few additional related concerns. I would like to bring the car in for an independent diagnostic assessment so we can properly identify and resolve the root cause. But I did take it in and the manager refused to fix the problems
