I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received throughout this experience. I still have a mark on my vehicle’s paint from where the tow strap made contact, and I was also supposed to have a wheel replaced. It has now been over two months, and the wheel replacement still has not been resolved. I continue to get the runaround and am repeatedly told that the part will be in soon. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told that I would receive a call back with an update, only to never hear from anyone. I then have to follow up myself a week later just to find out the status. This has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate a clear update on when the wheel will actually be replaced, as well as what is being done to address the damage to my paint. At this point, I need someone to take ownership of the situation and provide a definite resolution rather than another vague promise that the part will be in soon.
