I am very pleased with how smooth everything went and the attention that was given to me and my vehicle. From talking with customer service and speaking with the techs working on my truck, I was never left wondering. The front desk person was always so welcoming evertime I came in and genuinely cared about when I'd get my truck back. To all the people taking time to respond on text YOURE AMAZING!!!! And the gentleman handling my repairs was awesome, so knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me, I am not a "car" guy but he was so patient and informative. I am a firm believer that any bad situation can be a good one. Everyone at Cope put a smile on my face during a shitty time!!! Thank you
