The daily text updates were ok, it would be more beneficial to know how many days until it’s done. I have no clue based on “vehicle is in for primer, or in for paint prep” etc. Those updates were useless to me and provided no insight as to when it would be ready for pickup.

I rated it an 8 because it took longer than I expected. That was one of the first times I’ve had to get repair work done and I really had not been given any work timeline until I was called about additional repairs. At that time I was told 2 weeks. I think it ended up taking about 3. That is my only complaint. The work that was done was great! Vehicle is looking almost like new.
