The repair quality is great--I can't tell that someone ever backed into me. What was better, though, was the excellent customer service. Cope was so helpful with the painfully slow response from the insurance company. Kudos to you and thank you!

The car looks great. The wheel looks great as well. There is no way to tell that the car had been side swiped. My only issue was that Progressive Insurance took too long for final approval.

I'm a color scientist. The match is excellent, very satisfied with the quality of the work. Only issue was, it took 3 months to get the work done. This was entirely due to supply chain issues, so Cope was not at fault here.

This is the first time I have had to be in a body repair situation and it was great to work with COPE. They were willing to take a 3rd party payment and have their process done to a science.

Super kind and thorough! From the time we walked in for the estimate we were greeted with a smile and offered soda and popcorn which had our 5 year old hooked and asking to go back 😄. The communication was detailed and timely. The 3rd party was contacted separately for payment side of things but I was also made aware of that portion.

Cope did an excellent job not just with repairs but with communication. They regularly informed me about the status of my vehicle as well as dealt with insurance company. These people are PROFESSIONALS PERIOD. Excellent experience!!!
