This is what I posted on my fb bcuz you guys were awesome!!....It's time to brag a little about Cope Collision, I was in a 3 car wreck on the freeway abt 5 weeks ago. The damage to my car was about $8,000 and 3 weeks of repair with waiting for parts etc. During this time I found out I did not have rental coverage on my insurance -go figure! But guess what Cope Collision said "No problem would you like to use one of our courtesy cars" "FREE of charge" Whaaaaat??? A brand new Toyota with heated seats, back up camera everything my car had! Yup and they even fought to put ford factory parts back on my car because my insurance company only wanted to approve after market parts! Boo on Progressive, thank goodness for Cope Collision! Hands down the best service I have experienced in a long time! Not to mention they were so incredibly nice to boot! Thanks Rick Cope and Daniele from Cope Collision I am a HUGE fan!

You made the process very easy. I appreciated you lining up the rental car and returning it. I also liked the daily updates, and the end result was great...a job very well done. Office staff is very nice and easy to work with as well. I would recommend Cope to anyone needing this service.
