Cope did an amazing job with our SUV.. The daily text updates make it easier as we navigated a 3 week parts out of stock from the manufacturer. They were also very professional given the challenges with our insurance company. The vehicle was returned clean and in like new condition. Highly recommended.

I came here because I have a friend working there. Thought the vehicle and our concerns would be taken care of. While they replaced all that was asked by the insurance company. Our concerns over the passenger headlight and spoiler clear coat that we would pay for out of pocket were not taken care of at all. And the bumper looks like shit.

What you guys did looks great, but we had set up an arrangement for us to pay out of pocket to get the passenger headlight replaced and to fix the clear coat on the spoiler. Neither of which were done. And now if we want it done we are going to have to pay labor for removing the bumper again just to replace it. And you even took it out and looked at it.
