Besides its long tradition of support for local charitable organizations, the Covert family has also contributed to the permanent heritage of the Austin community by donating the land at Mt. Bonnell to Travis County in 1938 as a park to be enjoyed by citizens and visitors alike. The Covert family also played an important role in restoring the Carrington/Covert House, a large limestone home where the family resided from 1903 to 1936, located at 1511 Colorado Street in Austin. This restored home currently serves as headquarters for the Texas Historical Commission.

Like I stated previously we were given excuses for an area on the fender that was not repaired before paint or damaged during paint and left.

Had my 2023 Cadillac CT5 Sport brought to your service center to be repaired after my wife had an accident in it. The car suffered damage to both front fenders, hood and grill. The car was at Covert for a month and a half. We go to pick the car up and there is visible over spray on the passenger door. We brought it to Jacob’s attention he stated it would wipe right off. He didn’t offer to remove it just told us it would wipe off. We also notice a spot on the right front fender that looked like a chip in the previous paint that had been painted over. There is a noticeable low spot in the paint. I believe it was hit with an air hose while painting there is also a black smudge in the same area that was clear coated over. When we pointed it out to Jacob we were told it must have been a rock chip from before. I ask why it was painted over and he told me they just blended the fender. No damage was noted by our insurance adjuster. And I know there was not a rock chip that made a perfectly straight indentation in the paint let alone a black smudge. In the estimate from Covert and the insurance company both fenders needed the emblem replaced. If the emblem needed to be replaced to do paint than the spot in question definitely was in the paint area. I feel like they know they did it and were to lazy to make the needed repairs and hoped we would not notice. Needless to say we were not happy with the excuses we were given nor the poor quality of work. We will definitely not have anything repaired at your facility again.

I got my vehicle back and on the outside everything looks fine. I parked it in the garage a week and a half later. I finally take it out the garage to drive you and on the highway at around 80 mph I noticed a super loud rattling noise coming from the left bumper where my vehicle was serviced originally I’m super dissatisfied

The whole team is incredibly professional! Manuel took care of me from start to finish and figured out a way to make custom attach hardware so we didn’t have to wait for Tesla and I could get my car weeks earlier. No one like to crash their car and you guys really made the pill go down.
