I was greeted immediately upon stepping foot upon the property. The issue with my vehicle was catalytic converter theft and they explained possible issues in getting an OEM part which is their requirement. Bravo. Ultimately, they found a replacement and completed installation in VERY short order which was very much appreciated. They appear to have an outstanding business model. Thanks so much.

I thought I already sent this but here it goes again and I’m more than happy to do so. First off, I was met by a very pleasant female employee upon setting foot onto the property. She helped me get off to a good start. Next, I think it was Robert, he explained positives and negatives which may have to be dealt with considering getting parts for a 2007 Tacoma do I was prepared for possible issues along the way. He explained the time it MAY take to get the parts (catalytic converter) and that it might not be available thru their contacts. I’m very happy to report that the part was received and installed in very short order. I’m very happy indeed. FYI, I was waiting for UPS to deliver my cat shield and they did at 6PM and I was immediately out in my driveway installing the shield. Total mission complete and I am extremely happy with you guys, outstanding.

The bottom panels that they replaced on the doors which were repaired, are slightly off tolerance when compared to the factory finished bottom panels on the opposite side, you can see that they are slightly misaligned where they meet. Once you notice it, it's hard not to notice it unfortunately.

AC doesn’t feel quite as strong as I expected, that could be placebo from driving a rental. The good stand mount is also loose, but they said they’d order a replacement and call me when it’s there to pop it in.
