From the second I called to ask questions and information, Raffi was extremely helpful and HONEST! They took my car in for front bumper, undercarriage and paint repairs due to freeway debris accident and within two weeks I got my car back. Jane was the one over seeing my car repairs and updated me twice a week on my car, from final estimates, starting on my car, receiving parts etc. I’m very happy how my car came out, thank you to everyone who worked on my car. I appreciate you guys.

I would give a 100 completely but I had a really bad experience when I ran out of gas.

Customer Service was more than excellent. But when I received the car, the fuel tank was completely empty and I got stranded in the middle of the road with no gas. I had to push the car to gas station. I wouldn't have minded to pay extra for the gas service, if the realized the car needed gas.
