You guys did a great job with replacing my bumper. Even straightened out my license plate. I was rear ended and can't even tell. You all also have great communication as Jane would text me weekly updates.

The follow thru was excellent. The molding on the car was colored wrong from the factory. Can’t say enough good things about Raffi the manager he made sure we were happy when we took our car. Raffi painted the molding so it matched just to make we were happy with the job. They matched the color of the door that was replaced with the rest the car. I can say enough about the excellent follow thru with service and the excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body work and excellent service.

I’ve used this shop twice and have had an outstanding experience both times. I picked up my explorer today after trusting them to take care of it. My jaw dropped when I saw my car for the first time since the rear end accident. It looked better than I could’ve ever hoped. I’m so glad Richard and the whole crew care about people and take pride in their work; it shows in their results. I’ll always use this place if my vehicles need to be repaired… but i hope that i don’t have to see them again anytime soon haha. Thanks again Covina Auto Body for your amazing customer service and work! 10/10 recommend.
