I was really impressed with how fast and easy the whole process was. The staff from start to finish was very professional and easy to communicate with. The quality of the repairs was so good that even my daughter was impressed, and said the car looked new again. Very nice staff, I was feeling very overwhelmed by the repair process and how rentals work. They handled all that for me and I was even able to leave my rental with them for a smooth car pick up process. It was also ready before the estimated day which was great.

Me gustó mucho el servicio me sentí completamente cómoda, pues el personal me mantuvo al tanto del proceso que llevarían al reparar mi carro, me sentí entendida y sobretodo me sentí muy contenta pues todas las explicaciones y llamadas fue en mi idioma natal el español.

My side mirrors did not close properly the first time I used them after picking it up. There was no problem before but they work fine now after pushing the electronic window fold button a few time. I wonder if whoever worked on it pushed the mirror in by hand as apposed to using the button on the driver door.
